Services provided include the following:

- Comprehensive orientation programs for new students and scholars, covering a variety of issues, such as immigration rights and responsibilities, cultural adjustment, navigating the U.S. educational system, area attractions and services, banking and more
- Advising on F-1/J-1 visa regulations and maintenance of student status
- Support with application processes with government agencies such as the Social Security Administration, Department of Motor Vehicles, and more
- Advising on applications to the U.S. immigration service to secure appropriate work authorization, such as Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), or Academic Training (AT)
