Quinnipiac University offers an array of career services and support geared to students at the university level and in each of the schools. The university has a central office of career development and experiential learning that provides support to all students regardless of their major or school. In addition, the Schools of Business, Communications, Computing and Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing, Education, Law, and the College of Arts and Sciences each have a career development office to support and to help students navigate the career exploration process. Whether exploring majors, evaluating interests, writing a resume or preparing for interviews, staff members assist students every step of the way with developing a career plan and achieving their goals. Programs and services include individual career counseling, coaching, and advising sessions; connections with alumni and employers; career fairs and on-campus recruiting; panels and workshops; job and internship listings; and graduate school information. The focus is on offering personal attention and a wide range of useful resources. Career support for alumni is provided through the Department of Development and Alumni Affairs.
